Our leasing agents will attend all showings and provide feedback on all showings. No other commission or other hidden fees. This gives you exclusive access and contact to one of our leasing agents.
SCREENING
We do 1 full credit report on the tenant. Meeting with tenant. We go over the applications, get copies of ID and ask questions regarding income, identity and potential problems. We contact previous landlord, workplace or anyone else needed to try to find red flags with renting to the potential tenants.
INSPECTION
We will send you a rental report with recommendations along with a listing check sheet that can be used later if a tenant does damages to your unit.
4K VIDEO TOUR ON YOUTUBE
We'll send our videographers to your property and they'll shoot a 5k video tour up to 1:30min and post it directly to youtube.
HD PHOTOS, LISTING SET UP
Our team will visit your property and take HD photos and we'll set up your listing and fully advertise your property.
