The City of Windsor is looking to enact a bylaw to LICENSE all residential rental properties in the city. This bylaw would be significantly detrimental to both landlords and tenants from a number of perspectives.
TENANTS: do you want to pay more on top of your rent and give it to the city?
LANDLORDS: do you want significantly increased costs and paperwork?
This is nothing more than a tax grab!
