Rent4All Leasing Agent Package


 

The Rent4All Leasing Agent Package offers landlords a fantastic option to leave the work to us! We will photograph and advertise your property, find potential tenants, do all the property showings, and take care of the leasing process when we have found you a tenant!
 

Rent4All.ca filters hundreds of tenants on a weekly basis. We receive approximately 150,000 listings views from tenants monthly. Many of them sign up to use our FREE leasing agent service for tenants. We offer tenants a similar service to that of a real estate agent. We help them find the right place to call home! The places we show them are those that belong to the landlords that use our Leasing Agent Package. Every tenant who chooses to rent through us receives a Grocery Gift Card ($25.00 value).
 

Our Leasing Agents are trained by a professional Real Estate Broker. Rent4All uses all the same concepts and ideas as the real estate industry to successfully fill your vacancies.
 

  • We advertise the property online www.Rent4all.ca
  • We install a mandatory Rent4All.ca sign on the property
  • 2 of our professional Rent4All Property Managers will complete a thorough unit inspection and evaluate your property. You will be provided with a written report that includes suggested improvements to make your investment more profitable!
  • We take an unlimited photo package (both Interior and Exterior of property)
  • We receive all phone inquiries Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am-8:00 pm
  • We will give proper notice to current tenants of all showings (if applicable)
  • A complete report of all showings with comments for your review 24/7 online @ www.Rent4Allpm.ca
  • We will have the tenant(s) fill out application for rental
  • If approved by landlord, we will have the tenant(s) sign a lease
  • We will collect first/last months rent on your behalf
 

Residential Pricing (Total Package Cost: $425.00 + gst = $446.25)

($100.00 OFF with a Property Management Contract)

Only $49.99 (+gst) due up front and a balance of $375.01 (+gst) when the property becomes rented. All Rent4All Leasing Agent Packages expire 3 months after the start date. If the property is not rented within this 3 month period, no balance is to be paid to Rent4All.

Student Pricing (Total Package Cost: $224.00 + gst = $235.20)

($50.00 OFF with a Property Management Contract)

Only $49.99 (+gst) due up front and a balance of $174.01 (+gst) when the property becomes rented. All Rent4All Leasing Agent Packages expire 3 months after the start date. If the property is not rented within this 3 month period, no balance is to be paid to Rent4All.

Please note that Student pricing is PER room (each room having an individual lease per student) If a group of students view and sign one lease as a group, the Residential price of $425.00+gst = $446.25 is applicable.
